01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cynïx Html ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the service.

02 Description of Service

Cynïx Html is a browser-based code editor and deployment tool that enables users to:

• Write, edit, and deploy Cloudflare Worker scripts
• Create and publish Google AppScript projects
• Manage credentials and authentication tokens locally in the browser
• Organise code projects stored in browser local storage

03 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All code you write, deploy, or publish using the App
• Securing your Cloudflare API tokens, Google auth tokens, and other credentials
• Ensuring your deployments comply with applicable laws and the terms of third-party platforms
• Any consequences resulting from your deployed Workers or AppScript projects

04 Intellectual Property

The Cynïx Html application, its design, logo, and source code are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without explicit written permission.

Code you write and deploy through the App remains your own intellectual property.

05 Third-Party Services

Cynïx Html integrates with the following third-party platforms:

• Cloudflare — for Worker deployment via their REST API
• Google — for AppScript publishing and OAuth authentication

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Cynïx Html is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cloudflare or Google.

06 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of deployment results

We do not guarantee that deployments to third-party platforms will succeed or that the App will be available at all times.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cynïx Html and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or code
• Failed or incorrect deployments
• Exposure of credentials due to device compromise
• Service interruptions from third-party platforms

08 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Cynïx Html to:

• Deploy malicious code, malware, or scripts intended to harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose

09 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
